Brad Bayer has over 25 years professional hands-on service and hospitality management experience. He has worked with several multi-venue service oriented companies and prides himself on consistently providing superior client services. Having held positions including breakfast cook, bartender, door staff/security to server, manager, and even owner, Brad has on-the-job experience in almost ever facet of the hospitality industry. And, as a professional service provider, Brad has served movie stars, sports icons, and Prime Ministers.
Brad's philosophy of treating every co-worker and guest as VIPs has afforded him opportunity to consistently exhibit high personal and professional standards. He has managed a broad range of hospitality facilities including: 5-star restaurants, hotel food and beverage departments, catering centers, corporate suites, family-operated specialty food operations, press/media boxes, private functions, dinner theatres, not-for-profit fundraising events, sports arenas, and concert halls. Brad has experience in facility design, concept development, back-of-the house and kitchen function, menu design, personnel hiring, front-line service training, event facilitation, and management. He is a polished facilitator whose anecdotal training style has broad appeal.
Brad is currently the President of the Hospitality and Service Training Division for Civility Experts Worldwide, ICTC Certified Master Trainer, and Regional Consultant for the Toronto-based International School of Service, Brad's areas of expertise include:
